HERE TO HELP

Here at SludgeTEK, as designated key worker it has been more or less business as usual for us. We have been operating customer equipment where their own workforce has been affected and have completed all scheduled service and maintenance visits on time, as well as a few emergency callouts!

We have continued to operate our own dewatering equipment across the UK, and this latest clean water addition to our fleet is now up and running.

NEED A VISIT?

While we are trying to keep visits to our workshop and offices to a minimum we understand that sometimes a visit is essential, so we have put the appropriate measures in place for social distancing and safe contact where necessary. The same applies to site visits and surveys for upcoming projects. Our RAMS include a section specific to COVID-19 and all staff have been issued with additional PPE, including hand sanitizer and masks.

Like many other businesses, we have responded to the COVID-19 situation by using the latest communication technologies available

We have employed a range of methods for maintaining contact, including Zoom, Teams and Skype, all of which have become very familiar to us.

But don’t worry if you’re ‘old-school’, our office remains open from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, and our Duty Manager is available to take calls outside of these hours so feel free to pick up the phone and give us a call.
